Participant Application and Credential SupplementThe Illinois Network of Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies (INCCRRA) has developed a Participant Application for all of its programs and services. Applicants must complete this Participant Application in order to apply for any INCCRRA program (Great START, Gateways Scholarship Program, Professional Development Advisor Program, and/or Gateways Credentials). Each of these specific programs has an additional supplemental application that complements the Participation Application. To apply for a credential, please complete the Participant Application with the Credential Supplement in blue or black ink. If you have already completed INCCRRA’s Participant Application, you will only need to complete the Credential Supplement. Level 1 credentials have no application fee. All other credential applications must include the application fee payable by check* or credit card. The Participant Application and the Credential Supplement are available by downloading the forms from the Gateways to Opportunity Web site or by calling the Gateways office at (866) 697-8278.
