Entitled Route

ECE practitioners complete an approved program of college courses at an approved (entitled) institution of higher education. Gateways to Opportunity awards entitlement status to higher education institutions who align their coursework with credential requirements. Students who complete these required courses have met Gateways credential requirements, and may apply to receive their credential.
