Gateways to Opportunity Scholarship Application Information

To apply for a Gateways to Opportunity Scholarship, please submit:

• Two application forms—the Participant Application and the Gateways Scholarship Supplement (see link below).
• Both applications must be printed on white paper, completed, signed in blue or black ink.
• Original applications (no photocopies accepted) and all required documentation must be submitted for scholarship consideration.
