Additional FormsIn some circumstances, the cost of tuition and fees may be reimbursed for eligible Gateways Scholarship recipients. The Tuition Reimbursement Form may be used for reimbursement, as approved by the Illinois Network of Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies (INCCRRA). Gateways Scholarship recipients must work with their Gateways Scholarship Counselor on potential reimbursement. All reimbursements are paid minus the percentage owed for the cost of tuition and fees. Please contact the Gateways Scholarship Program toll-free at (866) 697-8278 for details and assistance with reimbursement. In the course of an approved applicant’s Gateways to Opportunity Scholarship s/he may advance in their degree attainment. Examples include: advancing from a CDA/CCP to an associate’s degree, from an associate’s degree to a bachelor’s degree, or from a bachelor’s degree to a master’s degree. Please complete the form to assist us in determining degree advancement. The Required Documentation page lists any additional documentation that may be required to advance degree attainment. ?
